The Five Eyes is an intelligence alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement, a treaty for joint cooperation in signals intelligence.

Directed by Justin Pemberton, I Spy (With My Five Eyes) looks at the impact of mass surveillance on our lives through interviews with major players filmed across the Five Eyes states. I Spy looks at why global surveillance has expanded in recent years, and how it is affecting people.

Interview subjects include ex-director of the NSA and CIA General Michael Hayden, journalist Nicky Hager, cyber security expert Brian Contos, NSA whistleblower William Binney and former Anonymous hacker Gregg Housh.

My role on this project consisted of defining a cohesive look and feel, work with our UX and development team to create the best experience possible.

One of my objectives on this project was to work closer with our junior designers and show them how they can start thinking how motion can enhance the user experience, making things clear and more engaging.
